60 minute classes.
Based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), our boxing fitness classes are a full-body workout. With a focus on general fitness and strength you’ll find no two classes are the same! Our instructors will take you through a range of conditioning exercises, including plenty of boxing skills and drills that help improve your strength, technique, cardiovascular health and make sure you get the most out of the workout.
Level & Experience
Boxing fitness classes are suitable for everyone from beginners through to advanced gym members. Throughout the session your instructor will offer some basic training on boxing techniques, so no experience is necessary. Whether you just want to get fighting fit without taking the hits, or you’re getting ready for real sparring, boxing fitness classes are perfect for you.
If you are ever uncomfortable or unable to complete a certain exercise, let your trainer know and they’ll be happy to offer alternatives.
When & How
As one of our most popular classes, boxing fitness is available several times a day throughout the week. Every session is different so you’ll see maximum results and plenty of variety!
One-on-one, private and small group personal training sessions are also available. Please feel free to contact the Beat Boxing team for more information.
What do I need to bring?
Hand wraps. You will need to bring your own hand wraps. A variety of wraps are available for purchase from Beat Boxing Gym for $10-$15.
Boxing Gloves. We recommend you purchase your own gloves to wear in class. The gym carries an extensive range that are available for purchase at reception.
Towel and water bottle. All participants will need to bring their own sweat towel and bottle of water.
