Whether you’re looking to work on your boxing skills and training, do hand pad work, weight training or a combination of everything, our experienced personal coaches can design the workout you need. Simply let your coach know what your goals are and they’ll tailor a workout schedule that makes sure you get the most out of your personal training.
If you are ever uncomfortable or unable to complete a certain exercise, let your trainer know and they’ll be happy to offer alternatives.
Level & Experience
People of all fitness and boxing experience levels are welcome to join us for personal training sessions. Your coach will take you through everything you need to know to improve your skills and build your fitness.
When & How
Personal training is all about finding a routine that suits your goals, so we offer 30-60 minute sessions and can schedule them up to 5 times per week. Personal training clients can choose to work with one or more coaches, depending on your training schedule and availability. We also offer discounts on bulk purchases of personal training sessions.

What do I need to bring?
Hand wraps. You will need to bring your own hand wraps. A variety of wraps are available for purchase from Beat Boxing Gym reception for $10-$15.
Boxing Gloves. We recommend you purchase your own gloves to wear during the session. The gym carries an extensive range that are available for purchase.
Towel and water bottle. All participants will need to bring their own sweat towel and bottle of water.
