Boxing: Our classes are built around a range of professional-grade boxing equipment, including a 6x6m elevated ring, 30 heavy bags and a wide array of training and sparring equipment.

Fitness: We regularly update the equipment used in our fitness classes, and our stock includes jump ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, treadmills, weight benches and much more.

Each of our coaches brings something different to the table, and we work closely with them to ensure members only receive the best! A large percentage of our clients have trained with us for many years and we have gone on to train friends, family and neighbours.
