Sparring is for the Intermediate to advanced boxer. Check with our coaches to asses readiness before attending!
Level & Experience
Club Sparring is open to MEMBERS ONLY and for 12 years and older. Catered to those with a solid foundation of boxing skills and a good level of fitness. For members that have been training regularly inour Fighters Training and Youth Boxing sessions. You can not attend if you have no or little boxing experience. Please speak to our coaches before attending sparring!
Under 18 will need the consent of a Parent or Guardian to participate.
Competitive Fighters
If you’re looking to work towards a corporate, amateur or professional boxing match, please discuss your plans with Head Coach Chris Dunn.
When & How?
Sparring sessions are held on a Tuesday evening at 6pm (5.45pm warm up) to 7pm, and Saturday mornings at 9am (8.45am warm up) to 10am. Sessions must be PREBOOKED. Once you have the go ahead from our coaches – book in using the mindbody app or head to the timetable page.
One-on-one, private and small group personal training sessions are also available at other times of the day or week.
What do I need to bring?
Hand wraps, Boxing Gloves, 16 oz gloves, mouthguard also recommended: Groin/breast guard and boxing boots.
Towel and water bottle. All participants will need to bring their own sweat towel and bottle of water.
