Whether you’re new to boxing or already have some experience, our Boxing Fundamentals classes on WED & FRI at 6:15 PM (45 mins) would be the best way to start building (or refreshing) your technique! We also have Boxing Fitness and Ladies Boxing sessions which are fine to begin with.
If you have boxing experience and what to work towards competing — The best place to start is our Boxing Fitness sessions and once a member, plus you have the minimum skill set and fitness level required – you can move into our fighters and sparring sessions.
