Bootcamp Boxing Fitness Brisbane

Our Bootcamp sessions are usually run in our outdoor area and is an excellent class if you want to ‘up the anti’ and increase your fitness level fast.

You can expect high intensity boxing training at this time, but all fitness levels are welcome to give it a go. With a combination of strength and cardio for extended time periods, this class will be sure to test your fitness levels!A great session for those training for events like ‘Tuff Mudda & Spartan race’
